1. The service
SellerPilot provides software that helps Amazon sellers draft, audit and publish product listings and A+ Content. The service includes AI-assisted copy generation, catalog quality scoring, compliance screening and, for connected accounts, publishing through Amazon's SP-API.
2. Your account and store access
You are responsible for your account credentials and for any Seller Central access you authorize. Authorization is granted through Amazon's official consent flow; you may revoke it at any time in Seller Central, which immediately ends our ability to read or publish to your store.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to your product data, images and copy. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content inside your workspace. We do not use one seller's content to generate another seller's listings.
4. Acceptable use
- Content you publish must be accurate and comply with Amazon's policies and applicable law.
- You may not use the service to generate deceptive claims, infringing content, or listings for prohibited products.
- AI output is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published under your seller account.
5. Plans and credits
Plans renew monthly or yearly as selected. Credits are consumed by the actions listed on the Pricing page and hold no cash value. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the studio available and accurate, but we do not guarantee search rankings, sales outcomes, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.

What we collect
- Account details — name, email and plan information you provide at signup.
- Catalog data — for connected stores, the ASINs, images and listing copy needed to audit and publish, fetched through the SP-API with your authorization.
- Workspace content — drafts, A+ modules and exports you create in the studio.
- Usage basics — credit consumption and feature usage so billing and limits work correctly.
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate your workspace: generating drafts, scoring listings, screening compliance and publishing what you approve. We do not sell personal data, and we do not train shared models on your catalog.
Amazon data handling
SP-API data is accessed under your authorization, stored only as long as your workspace needs it, and deleted when you disconnect your store or close your account. We never collect your Seller Central password.
Your controls
- Disconnect a store at any time to stop catalog sync.
- Export your listing packs before closing an account.
- Request deletion of your workspace data via the Contact page.
Security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, and workspace data is isolated per account.
